Earthquake was in west java, sukabumi 2/9. About 176 house damaged and many people died and some of them get an injuries. Goverment need time to identification the location.
The earthquake is about 7,8 SR and the earthquake was in Tasikmalaya, west java, and many people died and get injuries in other city.

i offer my condolence to all the victims and to all the deceased family members who still alive in Indonesia. Hopefully they will move on and can overcome the situation in this time of peril.
i have some friends in Indonesia and we have a talk bout what happened just to brief me bout the latest scenario (gempa) in Indo. Quite a relief to hear it was not too bad compared to the previous one thou it causes a grief mischief. The one thing that concern me the most is what are the immediate government action plans lies ahead for the resident except for shelters and medication? Not to be include the one receive from outside NGO’s countries if any.
Is there any proper plan lies by the government (Indonesia) to create awareness and in the same time educate the people in indo bout the what are the DO and DONT’S if such disaster to be repeated? I was brief by my friend that many houses and big buildings and malls re not constructed to be quakes’ proof since Indonesia re still infant to such disaster if compare to the likes of Japan which engulf in an active quakes throughout the year.
However from my personal point of view this is not the first time it happens and there will more soon to come in the future since Indonesia is located in the grid of active ring of fire if i was not mistaken. Isn’t it the best time Indonesian’ authorities study a module and hire experts in Japan to better equips themselves the next time the quakes come?

well, infact i dont well about our goverment plans 2solve some problems likes earthquake. I only know that our goverment did some reset about the earthquake every year 2make sure our people safety.
I can’t blame our goverment about the earthquake coz our goverment gave a warning about earthquake in java before. But we are not a god, so nobody know what n when someting bad will happen in their life.
same as the earthquake in bali, surprise it was happen in bali yesterday. And once again our goverment gave a warning in bali 2b carefull with the next earthquake in bali.

its true being a living norm people we re no god to pinpoint the odd should such disaster happen to be appearing again. so in the heights of ur concern, the government only give an early warning before it happens right? how does it channel to all the residents in the pre-disaster area? throughout the warnings in mass media?
also i’m a little bit concern bout the construction of many houses and big buildings and malls which re not constructed to be quakes’ proof (resource;friend in indo). is it true? i think the government really should study the module and hiring experts from developed countries like the Japan. thou we re no god, the technology the world have achieve today might as well save thou not many yet not less in number. such preventive steps could save more. no hurt or loss in applying them. cause if we were to count, the occurrence (gempa) have been several in number.
and also, what are the after-math of the occurrence? can u please share with us, cause we only hear bout the beginning not the end of the story. i mean, the resident might be loosing their homes, props and maybe ruin their sources of income. with nothing left to kick start their live and feed onto their wife and children, is there any help receive from the government or outside NGO’s to at least lessening the burdens?

ok, about the warning infact … the goverment give a warning 2all people around mountains or beach, sea before the earthquake happen and goverment make a reset every year in all place likes mountains, beach, sea 2make sure our people safety.. and the warning is not only by media as Tv cannel, newspaper, but also the goverment ask all goverments in all location in mountains, beach and sea location 2tell the people 2b carefull n ask the goverment in the areas 2tell the people about the warning.
About study the module and hiring experts,, our goverment do that, they study about the mdule and hiring experts after tsunami, They do some reset every year after tsunami in aceh and i think they do their best 2make a reset every year.
About Any help from goverment or NGO 2them,, Sure they get it,, Goverment, NGO and also local people like in other city ,, they do everythin 2help them,, example lik local people,, some of them give some clothes or food and some just give som money. Yeah,, about the earthquake in java, some people complain and ask about help, i cant blame on them if they do that, but i also cant blame our goverment if our goverment just help them for food and a simple place 2stay 4a while b4 goverment make a new house for them,,
simple reason, now is a new year n as u know, most of indonesia people is moeslim so they’ll celebrate new year. Thats one of reason why they cant get their new house soon and it also need time and take a long time to build a new house for them. And the people cant ask goverment 2build their nw house as they want like their house, coz i hear some people ask goverment 2build their new house as thier house b4 earthquake,, honestly i dont agree about it,, they hv 2say thanx if goverment, local people, NGO help them,, they cant ask n ask goverment 2gv them more.
Coz as i know, our goverment especially local people and NGO gv some help 2them and our goverment also planning 2build a new place for each family, but sure just a simple place 2live. and gv them some help as food and clothes too.

yeah i know its Lebaran Eve now. quite unthinkable when majority re in joy celebrating it, there re some who re grieving in loss. makes the eve kinda look dull in color.
now and then, here and there, it is proven there re still many left untouched by the unthinkable who re willing to donate for the suffer. bless to them. food, shelter, clothing and medicaid re the priority urges that need to be given in attention in this time of peril.
when u say ‘the government build a new house for the them’ it catches to my attention that the structure in Indo re not build to be quakes’s proof aren’t they? in ur opinion dear ammanda why is it so? is it because Indo re still infant to the disaster in likes Gempa? its been several cases in occurrence now right?
