Free wifi hotspots in Kuta

I am in Kuta right now, finding a decent place with free wifi has taken me a little while. Possibly because I really haven’t felt like using my computer too much since I arrived in Bali.
I have created a page with a few places with free wifi that I have been to so far.
Gloria Jeans in Kuta Square seems to be the best so far. The lounge upstairs is very comfortable for doing some blogging. The coffee shop is Australian owned and managed and even has “Aussie meat pies”.

Hey can you recommend somewhere other than Kuta to base yourself from for exploring Bali? I didn’t much take to Kuta on my first visit.
Anywhere where there are foreigners hanging out, there are usually places with free wifi. Semninyak had a lot of places when I went there, also I imagine Ubud has plenty of places too.
Hey dudes, anyone know a good wifi hotspot in kuta square? I just been to Gloria Jeans Coffees but there’s small cockroaches and some cockroach poo in that food display. Really turned me off that place!!! Somebody help me coz I need somewhere in Kuta Square…
ive been a regular at gloria jerans kuta square since it opened. ive never seen any thing to make me think there store or food is less than %100 clean.
You might like to know gloria has a new owner and i think you will find it has cleaned up alot.i have been there may times since and found it to be the best for Wi Fi and clean.go back if its not the owner is a ozzie and you can tell him,he is very appoachable.cheers
Jeff good to see someone else noticed that Gloria Jeans is dirty. My mates who are locals told me that the boss of Gloria Jeans who is an Aussie has been closed down twice since opening coz of complaints about his food and a few cases of food poisoning. Apparently he got done for something similar back in Aussie which is why he hangs out in Bali. I reckon that’s gotta be pretty bad if a Balinese food place gets closed for health risks. I recommend Stadium which is just around the corner and has a really fast wifi connection and amazing food. I’m here right now…
Wow so much complaint about Gloria Jean Coffee shop. Sure that coffee tastes bad but I dunno about the food and insects in the food. We just keep away from that place. Starbucks is the best. Stadium is ok but noisy place.
Hi Guys, I went to Gloria Jeans at Kuta Sqaure twice but I will never go there again. The coffee tastes really bad and it’s true there are insects on the counters where they prepare the food and even those tiny beetles on the cakes. It really turned my stomach. Shame because the internet is good. Anyways I now go to Starbucks or Stadium because better food and better drinks.
I’ve been going to Gloria Jeans regularly for 2 years now. It is 100% clean. If you think the coffee at starbucks tastes better you have problems. Jeff and Sarah, sounds like a beat up to me. You dont happen to know somebody in a similar business in the same area that is possibly struggling some what? Sarah sounds like you might work for stadium. Last time I was over in that oven the internet was unavailable and not free for that matter. I had a club sandwich and a juice(no fresh available) and parted with 100,000 rup.
GJ’s Kuta square: great staff, great service, great coffee, great cakes, great FREE internet. Obviously the envy of many.
Jack I am all with you I have beengoing to gloria jeans since it opened and we sta for a month each year and it is the cleanest and best place in bali

I wonder why so many people don’t like the coffee? Coffee is a personal taste thing but I must say I am from Kuta and I have had coffee everywhere. Stadium has close to the worst in Bali, Starbucks is terrible. Anybody who likes the coffee from them has obviously not had the pleasure of drinking decent coffee before. It is not easy to get a decent coffee in Bali. However, I must say that Gloria Jeans is by far the most superior coffee experience you can have in Kuta. The place is very clean also!!!! Stadium is disgustingly hot and smells like stale beer and dont even start me about the patrons in the place. Starbucks is not even worth commenting on to be honest.
Hi! I was wondering if you could give some list of places that has a great wifi connection in Bali. My wife just suddenly decided she wanted to take a vacation there. I’m into online business, and I really need to be online most of the time.
