This visa requires no sponsorship and when you are in Bali can be extended up to 4 times on a monthly basis, for extension then you need to have a sponsor letter written by Indonesian nationals :-) For visa on arrival (30 days tourist visa) this can be extended for another 30 days on the immigration offices; Singaraja, Denpasar or Kuta deppending on the location where you stay.
